2. Eligibility

To use Dimakom, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent for minors.
  2. Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  3. Comply with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
  • Refrain from any behavior that disrupts or damages the platform.
  • Respect the terms of service of healthcare professionals and marketplace vendors.
  • Avoid sharing login credentials or granting unauthorized access to your account.

4. Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare professionals using Dimakom must:

  • Be certified and licensed in Morocco or as per applicable regulations.
  • Comply with all Moroccan health and safety laws.
  • Provide services professionally and in accordance with Dimakom’s guidelines.

5. Marketplace Terms

Dimakom offers a marketplace for medical and paramedical products. Users acknowledge:

  • Products are sold by third-party vendors, not Dimakom directly.
  • Dimakom ensures that vendors meet Moroccan safety and compliance standards but does not directly warrant the products.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Users agree to pay all applicable fees for services and products purchased through Dimakom.
  • Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction.
  • Payments are processed securely via approved Moroccan payment gateways.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Dimakom complies with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing. By using Dimakom, you agree to:

  • Allow Dimakom to process personal data for providing services.
  • Access, rectify, or delete your personal data upon request by contacting privacy@dimakom.com.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Dimakom acts as a platform for connecting users with healthcare professionals and vendors. We:

  • Are not responsible for the professional conduct of healthcare professionals or the quality of products sold by vendors.
  • Do not provide direct healthcare services and are not liable for medical outcomes.

9. Termination

Dimakom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use.
  • You engage in illegal or disruptive behavior on the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Dimakom’s platform, including logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Dimakom. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Moroccan courts.

12. Modifications
